Running from 5/18-10/12 **By Weeks Include 6/29 & 8/31**

Delivery Boundaries: South of Route 132 (Grand Avenue), West of Route 41 (Skokie Hwy), North of Route 22 (Half Day Road), East of Route 12/59.

Pick Up Options:

• Tuesdays at the Prairie Crossing farm, available after 2 p.m. (32400 Harris Road in Grayslake)

• Thursdays at Libertyville Farmer’s Market 7am-1pm (Downtown Libertyville) ***Delivery will be available for weeks of 5/18 & 5/25 before the Market Starts***

The Prairie Crossing Farm pick up will be self serve pick up, Bouquets will be available after 2 p.m. for pick up. There is a farm store there as well you can shop from when you come to pick up.

Libertyville Farmer’s Market Runs from 7 a.m.- 1 p.m. Any bouquets not picked up during that time will be available at the Prairie Crossing Location after 2 p.m.

Contact-less delivery will happen on Tuesday afternoons after 2 p.m.
